PWM Fast Shutoff Release block

Description

Add-On Required: This feature requires the Embedded Coder Support Package for Infineon AURIX TC4x Microcontrollers add-on.

The block releases the fast shutoff state on the PWM pins and resumes PWM signal generation. The block drives the PWM outputs to a safe state during a fast shutoff event and resumes PWM signal generation after the condition is cleared.

When the input signal transitions from 0 to a non-zero value, the block triggers the release of the fast shutoff state on the PWM block pins that you configure in the PWM Fast Shutoff Release Peripheral Configuration.

When this input transitions from 0 to a non-zero value, the block releases the fast shutoff state on the mapped PWM block pins and resumes PWM signal generation.

Data Types: single | double | uint8 | Boolean

Parameters

Sample time — Rate at which the block reads the input signal

-1 (default) | scalar | vector

Specify in seconds how often the block reads the input signal value.

When you specify -1, Simulink^® determines the sample time based on the block context within the model.
