Deletes data points based on a specified condition.
[x_new,y_new] = delete_data_points(x,y,condition)
[x_new,y_new] = delete_data_points(x,y,condition) creates a new data set (

condition should be input as a logical expression in terms of
y (this will generate the logical array needed by the function) that specifies which data points should be deleted. Element-wise multiplication, division, and power should be used when defining
