To use, place the ShowDICOM script in the folder containing the DICOM files. The drive should be writable. The measurements are applicable for CT data.

Verifies DICOM format, anonymize files, obtains DICOM information, extracts image data, shows images with correct Hounsfield scale and size, and creates a video file.

Example movie file output included (Animation.avi).

MeasureLine script included to measure scaled distance.

CropROIArea script included to select an ROI and measure area and intensity properties.
