Natural Resources Canada acquires and publishes measurements of the 10.7 cm Flux and daily records of flux monitor output. Each measurement of the 10.7 cm Solar Flux is expressed in three values: the observed, adjusted and URSI Series D values.

The record for each measurement of the 10.7cm Solar Flux is as below. The 10.7cm Solar Flux is given in solar flux units (an sfu = 10-22W m-2 Hz-1).

* The Julian Day of the measurement (day count starting at noon on 1st January, 4713 BC)
* The Carrington Rotation Number (number of times the Sun has rotated since 9th November, 1853)
* The year
* The month
* The day
* The observed flux
* The adjusted flux
* The Series D flux.

Canada's Solar Flux Monitoring Program is explained here: http://www.spaceweather.gc.ca/solarflux/sx-en.php

The data are acquired and reformatted by US NOAA and published here:
https://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/stp/space-weather/solar-data/solar-features/solar-radio/

However, there is a bit of a lag between when data are posted by Canada and when they are available at NOAA. A script in this small suite will reformat into the NOAA format, where values are provided integer values of 10xsfu, and include monthly averages. The format is strange, putting the December monthly average on its own line, and two November monthly averages. But the reformatter creates the same NOAA format, in case codes require having exactly the same format for input.
