This app computes the required height of a countercurrent, forced air, water cooling tower, and the minimum air rate needed to attain user-specified overall mass transfer coefficient, water and air conditions. Additional output includes the value of the "tower characteristic", i.e., the integral of the enthalpy function, and the temperature range and approach to the dew point.
