Isolate/remove trends from a signal using wavelet transform in MATLAB®.
Trend detection in signals is an important preprocessing step and is useful in its own right. Detect, isolate, and remove trends in signals using wavelet transforms in MATLAB®. The demo uses an EKG signal as a example.
