USAGE
files = files_properties(directory)
files = files_properties(directory,output_file)

INPUT
- DIRECTORY: folder to get the files from
- OUTPUT_FILE: output file name

OUTPUT
- FILES: cell array with
- column 1: file name
- column 2: modification date (dd-mmm-yyyy)
- column 3: file size (in kB)
