CONCATFV Concatenate multiple FV struct patches into a single mesh
FVOUT = CONCATFV(fv1, fv2, ...)
FVOUT = CONCATFV({fv1, fv2, ...})
FVOUT = CONCATFV(fvStructArray)
DESCRIPTION:
Merges multiple face-vertex structures into one, automatically
offsetting face indices to maintain correct topology.
