Find the size of the matrix, then multiply both values by 10 and make it into a column vector.
So if A = [ 1 2 3;
4 5 6;
7 8 9]
B = [ 30;
You say to make it a column vector, but the solutions are row vectors.
ah i just noticed that. sorry i will fix it.
