Problem 42462. Dealing with correlation results!
In this problem we would like to transform correlation coefficient MATRIX to a VECTOR which includes only unique elements of coefficient matrix. In other words we are interested in upper or lower symmetry part of correlation matrix.
Example
input = [1 a b; a 1 c; b c 1]; output = [a b c];
