Inspired by problem 1840.
Given an arbitrary n by n matrix, rotate it 45 degrees counterclockwise as in the following example:
if x is
1 3
2 4
rot45(x) would then be
0 3 0
1 0 4
0 2 0
So the matrix gets larger each time it is rotated.
