How to plot heatmap using gpuArray?

Hello,

I am having 6000 cordinates of (x,y) Locations and each has particular values. I want to plot a heatmap.

For now I am using :

[X,Y] =meshgrid(x,y);
F= scatteredInterpolant(x,y,zi);
contourf(X,Y,F(X,Y),100,'LineColor','none')

which is taking almost 3-4 minutes to plot a heatmap. I was hoping to use gpuArray function. But it seems not working :/

Sorry, scatteredInterpolant doesn't support gpuArray.
