how can i join GUIs together?

hi, i have a problem: i created a gui with a menu, i want to display some button ad plots for example in one menu and other things in another menu. I created two files, because i don't have eough space to display all in the design wiew. Is it possibile to create more windows in the design wiew? if no, is possible to load a gui in another? how can i do that?

I don't have advice for AppDesigner, as I have only opened it a handful of times to answer a basic question.
