Hello, is there any way to do the Courses of Matlab training in the desktop Matlab not in Matlab online? matlab online gets some lag on my pc

No, it is not possible to run them in the desktop. While you are free to follow along in the desktop, the assessment and feedback is only available when completing the course at https://matlabacademy.mathworks.com/

Ah, yes, that is correct. Further Practices are not saved. Only code that is submitted in a task is saved.
