Is Data Acquisition Toolbox R2010a available for download or on DVD from Mathworks

Is Data Acquisition Toolbox R2010a still available? Where can I find it on the Mathworks website?

If you have go to your MathWorks Web account and click on "Download now" for R2013a, you should see a link that allows you to "Choose another release". This assumes that your Web account is linked to an active license.

Note that Data Acquisition Toolbox for R2010a has to be installed with MATLAB R2010a - you can't install it into another version of MATLAB.
