Help with writing program with the matrix

I can generate a X matrix with 64*1 dimension and now I want to multiply this matrix with a D matrix of dimensions 224*64 and obtain a matrix Y.

[Y] = [D]*[x]

Can anyone help me get a program which can be fit to find Y easily.
