minimize the sum with fmincon per minitute

Hi all i need some help to solve a problem with fmincon .So we have PEV(t ) Ep(t) ( electrisity price per 30 min ) and Dt=1 ( although pev is per Parking Position but dont take that in mind ) and i want to take the min SUM from t=0 to t=1440 (PEV(t) * EP(t) * Dt(t) ) using fmincon
