Can someone tell me the transfer function of a brushless DC Motor with duty cycle as an input and speed as output?

As a part of a project, I am looking for a transfer function of a Brushless DC Motor with duty cycle as input and speed as output of the transfer function. I am new to the motor controls. If someone had previously worked on this, could you please share some Info.
