The current directory is c:\program files\matlab\r2011a\bin, which is reserved for MATLAB files.
Please change your current directory to a writable directory preferably outside of MATLAB installation area.

sir, i understand that i`ve to change directory. but i don`t know how to change the current directory.. kindly help me with how to change the current directory.

Progammactically, you can use the CD command. Depending on your MATLAB version, the interactive way looks a bit different. But in any case, there is an editable field top of the MATLAB IDE you can change.
