similarity clusters metrics in images

I have an image and make K means clustering for it i want to find similar clusters in this image

how I can do that if these clusters with different dimensions ?

Is there any similarity metrics for different clusters in the same image make me decide that

these 2 or 3 clustersare are identical ?
