Intersection of two helical surfaces

Any ideas on how to solve for the intersection of two helical surfaces as shown below? I don't need to draw curves of the intersection, but I do want the coordinates of the intersections of the first point of intersection. There are 4 solutions in two different planes. Ideally, I'd like to work out the analytical solution to this, but a numerical solver would be acceptable to start with.
