Hi, I would like to know what kind of Simulink source block is this, I'm studying a full model for single wheelset traction control with a constant locomotive speed, and this block represents the friction constant for dry and wet rails:
Note: This isn't an editable file from Simulink, its a PrintScreen from a pdf of the book "Design and Simulation of Heavy haul Locomotives and Trains". The project was designed at Simulink, but I don't have the original .slx file.

double click to open it. The title of the dialog window shall tell the block type.

If the PDF file is generated by report generator or Webview, you might be able to hover over in PDF file and it will display some info.
Anyway, it looks like a "Repeating Sequence" block. You can try this block, specifying data that represents a negative pulse.
