Use the 'Contact Us' link under the telephone symbol in the top right to contact Mathworks directly. Whether they will give you a release date or not I don't know, but it isn't something that a user forum will likely know and if some people do they may not be allowed to reveal details of the next release anyway.
Previous years' releases have tended to be early to mid March.
