Count data bigger than 9000 day by day, graph

hello,

I would like to create a graph that shows the daily consumption of electric boilers. It consumes 9kw. nothing else consumes much of it. Therefore, if the consumption is greater than 9kw, it is clear that it goes.

I send current power usage to thingspeak every two minutes.

I need count how many data is bigger then 9000 day by day and then show in graph. (Days/count).

Or better

counts *2/60*9000 day by day
