Extremely Slow initialization/launch of matlab R2019a on Windows 10

It takes few minutes(not less than 5) for the matlab 2019 to lauch on Windows 10. Again the exiting takes painfully long time.

The computer gets hanged for this period both times(launching/exiting)?

Where could be a problem?
