Want work with USB microcontroler in MATLAB

I want to connect my USBasp( microcontroler circuit )to matlab... Which in connected as libusb-win32 devices in Windows. how to connect with USB in matlab..I tried VISA method ,which is not working.I want take inputs from my microcontroler to plot graph..How...pleas help...
