How add a Fixed Folder data to Matlab App?

I am going to prepare an application with Matlab. I need two folders containing data for running.

1-The first folder is fixed and contains unchagable data. So the folder need not to be determined by user.

2-The second folder path must be selected by user and contains user defined data.

I want the app be standalone. Ho can I add the fixed data folder to the software?
