Matlab Online no reconoce credenciales de mail de facultad. falta algun dato o permiso?

La facultad tiene licencia para utilizar Matlab Online gratis por estudiantes y profesores. Cuando verifica mail de facultad no encuentra ninguna coincidencia, porque puede ser?
