How to plot the amplitude result of fft2 of an image in a 3d plot and in log scale with axis in the plot ?

I have a large image of size 3000x2000, I am trying to calculate its Fourier Transform and visualize the results. I want to show the result in 3d mesh or surface plot with proper axis. And I also want to plot the log of the magnitude with axis centered at the middle of the output, with proper color map.

If you have any suggestion to better visualize the results or spectral components of the image inany other way, mention that too.

@dpb It doesn't show proper axis after fftshift.. I am trying to make the center as (0,0) shown in the axis.
