Air conditioner model to be added as a block in the power system

actually iam working on a research on pv system to be connected to the Air conditioner motor as a variable load that consumed all the energy generated from the pv and if there is any deficit of PV energy that will influence the speed control of the fan to reduce the rated capacity of the AC so the load will not consume from the grid. my question for now can I find AC model that I can connected to my system as block so I can control the speed of the fan.
