s2=tf([2 4 10],[6 9.5 5 0.85],T);
t=0:0.1:3;
[y1,t] = step(s1,t);
[y2,t] = step(s2,t);
fill([t fliplr(t)],[y2 fliplr(y1)],'r')

[y1,t] = step(s1,t);

with the above code, you get the plot in attached figure. Hope this helps.

thanks for this work, but still, this code is not giving shade to the entire sample
