Unable to checkout a license for the communication system toolbox- Which license required?

Hi Team, I am getting below error when include Integer to bit converter in my model. Which license need to get to resolve this issue. i did not see Communication system toolbox in "add license module". is Communication_toolbox and Communication system toolbox same?
