Simulink Solver Profiler stops while "Parsing Data"

Simulink Solver Profiler freezes/stops while "Parsing Data", prints message "Error while evaluating TimerFcn for timer 'timer-1'... Index must be a positive integer or logical."

I'm on 2017b. I've tried turning on breakpoints on error/warning but this message seems to be coming within the Solver Profiler internals and isn't registering as either a warning or error. Solver Profiler doesn't hang or crash, it just gets stuck on "Parsing Data" and sits there.

I'm on a different system now without 2017b, I have yet to check if this is specific to the particular model or PC I was working on. Will report back.
