Movie Database

Sorry for the non properly Matlab-related question. Does anyone know where I could find very high-quality and high resolution and frame rate movies? I am not just looking for HD DVDs, but for movies which haven't undergone any form of compression or manipulation? Ideally these would be high-speed movies (so that they can be down-sampled at any chosen frequency) in which frames have not been compressed. The reason why I am looking for these type of rare files is that we need to perform experiments on the retina. Neurons in the early visual stages are much more sensitive than the brain overall. These neurons react, for example, to 60Hz frame changes and are sensitive to any sort of time and space compressions (and .avi files are full of these trick which we don't notice). Even high-quality DVDs or blurays are not good enough. However, I have no idea where to find this kind of data and I was wondering whether someone had any suggestion.
