I sign up for MATLAB on January 23 and have not received anything from MATLAB. The confirmation email said that "You will receive an email within 72 business hours that includes your license information as well as instructions on how to download."

Hello Christine. I am working for MathWorks and have access to all service requests worldwide. I cannot find something related to the email address you are using for this MathWorks Account (te*****n.edu). I cannot tell what went wrong, but suggest call our Customer Support / Installation Support in Natick, MA.
