How can I configure one Matlab instance to use multiple license pools?

I have a Matlab installation on a Windows based terminal server that is used by ~150 users accross the globe. Despite that, we have multiple license pool servers with concurrent licenses, e.g. one license server for EU based users and another one for US based users.

Now, is there a chance I configure the one Matlab installation on the terminal server in a way that it chooses the correct license pool based on the user? For example: User1 (EU) starts Matlab session on the terminal server -> checks out license from EU pool; User2 (US) starts Matlab from the very same installation on the terminal server -> checks out license from US pool. Can this be done?
