Simscape full-wave bridge rectifier demo simulation time

Can anybody suggest why this demo only outputs a signal during the last 1.9 seconds of its simulation?

Are you talking of ssc_bridge_rectifier.mdl? If so, the stop time is set to 0.05s. Where do you get the 1.9s from?

I assume you must have changed the stop time to something greater than 2s and that you're looking at the scope. On the scope, click on the Scope parameters button (next to the printer one), go to the "Data history" tab and untick "Limit data points to last: 5000".

This is the default setting of the scope (to limit how much memory is used), so it will only plot the last 5000 data points, which happen to correspond to about 1.9s worth of simulation.
