Where to find Powergui block in MATLAB R2016a?

I can get the Powergui block by searching in, but in order to know its location when I follow the suggested path which is SimPowersystems in Powerlib, I am not able to find "powerlib" or "SimPowersystem" anywhere in the library. Also its says to see in library view. So are both "Library Browser" and "Library view" the same things or are different? If different, where can I find "Library view"?

I found the "powergui" block in the library Simscape/Power Systems/Specialized Technology/Fundamental Blocks.
I do not know the answers for the rest.

What is the precise location of powergui block in matlb 2020b? I can find it by searching the keyword but i want to know its location.
