The account you are using to access MATLAB Online is only authorized to use MATLAB Online (and MATLAB Answers, and the AI Chat Playground, and related facilities.)

There is the possibility that you are authorized for a different license but that it is not associated with the MATLAB Central account that you are using.

Normally when your MATLAB Central account is associated with a valid license, then when you use ver in MATLAB Online, you would get told the license number (or "STUDENT")

Luis what I meant was that you had to do it on the Command line in the Command window of MATLAB not here in the Answers forum. Perhaps I should have made that more explicit.
