Errors regarding third party software received during support package installation are usually resolved by performing a clean installation of the support package or by following the offline support package installation method.

Also, please consider the following, am very sure it might. I faced the same problem while installing several support packages such as Matlab and simulink for Arduino. I strongly suggest you use an internet connection that is very fast (I recommend you use Ethernet/cable instead of wi-fi). This is what I did and the entire process was a success. Please let your fist priority be a super fast internet connection before seeking out for advanced solutions such as proxy/firewall settings. Am very optimistic this will help since it helped me too. Wish you all the best.

Very good suggestion! This happened to me when trying to install support packages at home and it was just impossible, but at work it went smoothly.

I would recommend posting this as a separate question. I can't read Chinese, so I don't understand most of that screenshot. Make sure you follow any advice in this window, and also to mention the result in your question.
