how to transform a magnitude & phase to three phase signal in phasor mode

Dear friend, i have 3 Controlled Voltage Sources that should been controlled by a control signal. the model implemented in simulink environment in phasor mode. how can i transform the magnitude & phase of control signal to three phase signal as input of Controlled Voltage Sources. there is dq0-abc block in discrete mode but not for phasor mode. best regards
