Can someone compile this C code into a Win 2008 R2 server 64 bit mex file?

I have some C code which I want to use on the Matlab server. However, I can't compile this code on the server myself.
Is anyone willing to compile the C code (found by clicking this link) for Windows 2008 R2 server 64 bit? http://www.woofiles.com/dl-280427-FenQFUAT-shuffle2.c
