I installed Image Acquisition Toolbox utilizing support package installer; however, whenever I type imaqhwinfo('kinect'), "The kinect is either not powered on or not supported" shows up? Thoughts?

Refer the following link for troubleshooting section of the Image Acquisition Toolbox of MATLAB:
Kinect for Windows Hardware
Is it a warning or an error that is displayed when you type the "imaqhwinfo" command? Is it followed by any output?
Provide some more information so that other people from the community can help you.
