Have trouble to install Arduino support package?

Using Matlab R2014a "add-ons" or from "arduinoio.mlpkginstall", both ways get the error message: - Error getting support package information from Matworks.com - Your network connection may be down or your proxy settings improperly connected.

I have checked that the network connection is OK.

Hi,

If you have a proxy enabled on your network, ensure that the proxy parameters are initialized in the "web" option of MATLAB Preferences tab and follow the steps mentioned in the link below:
