Measurement Computing USB-204 Sample Rate

Dear All,

I've read that the Data Acquisition Toolbox only recognizes the Measurement Computing USB-204 sample rate as 50 kS/s, while the reported sample rate is 500 kS/s. Is this correct? It would be good to know this before purchasing this DAQ device.

This was a known issue and has been fixed in MATLAB R2015a.

For MATLAB releases prior to R2015a, follow the below workaround:

1) Take a backup copy of the existing "mwmcc.ini" file.

2) Save the attached "mwmcc.ini" file to the following folder: MATLABROOT\toolbox\daq\daq\private where MATLABROOT is the MATLAB installation folder, for example C:\Program Files (x86)\MATLAB\R2014a (you can also find the location of this folder by executing the "matlabroot" command from MATLAB)

3) Restart MATLAB
