In windows 7, which folder i have to choose after C/Program files/MATLAB/R2013a in 2013 version of matlab, for example: appdata,bin,etc.. for .mat file to open in Matlab?

I have used the following link to open my .mat file with matlab but its not helping at 6th step. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/103000-why-have-all-my-mat-files-become-associated-with-microsoft-access

You can get this path by typing the command 'matlabroot' in MATLAB command window. Just navigate to that path and choose 'MATLAB.exe'
