Expert help needed in solving license manager 96 error

Well. I have searched for the solution through MATLAB installation support.However, I don't really understand what should I do to tackle this problem. I would like to appreciate those who really an help me on this.

MATLAB version: 2011a Operating System: Window 7 home premium

Solution 1-18EJN contains some information to troubleshoot a license manager error -96. Usually it is related to issues when resolving the machine name specified in the SERVER line in the license file.

I would recommend that you get in touch with the Installation Support team to resolve the issue.
