Why can't I submit to support?

Every time I try I get: "An unexpected exception was encountered"

Paul - please describe the exact steps that you are following when this error message occurs. Are you submitting an error to the MATLAB online support, or to somewhere else? Please clarify.

We're currently experiencing some temporary issues internally with handling support requests coming from the MATLAB Desktop. If you remain unable to submit a request through the application itself, please feel free to submit a request through our website or give Tech Support a call at 508-647-7000.
