Results difference for a conical horn antenna in CST and Antenna Toolbox

Dear all,
We designed a conical horn antenna with specific dimensions in CST software. The results in CST and the real measurements in the anechoic chamber were very close in terms of gain (dBi) vs. frequency and antenna radiation pattern at a specific operating frequency.
Similar design was implemented in the Antenna Toolbox of MatLab. The pattern and the maximum gain of the antenna were very different when compared with them from CST.
If I am sure about the design of the horn antenna in the Antenna Toolbox regarding the antenna dimensions, what is the reason that there is difference in the results?
Does this mean that the Antenna Toolbox can't be used for these designs?
What will happened if I want to design a horn antenna with larger dimensions?
