The 'Toolbox cache load Start' step took 60 seconds, but the same problem and solution were not found

Same problem here with the R2024b version on Fedora 42, which probably means thats a problem on matlab and not a system problem. Matlab is on a healthy SSD. Disabling toolbox cache didnt work neither updating it.
